About the Company

Uruguay, officially the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, is a country located in the east part of South America. In the north it shares borders with Brazil – Rio Grande do Sul State -, in the west and southwest it borders with Argentina – provinces of Corrientes, Entre Rios and Buenos Aires and Buenos Aires City (separated by the La Plata River) – and in the East it has coasts on the Atlantic Ocean. Uruguay covers an area of approximately 176,000 square kilometers (68,000 sq mi) and it is the second smallest country in South America.
