Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. Is a Japanese manufacturer of automobiles headquartered in Yokohama. It is among the main automobile companies in the world. Since 1999 it has been part of the alliance Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi where Renault holds a 43,4% voting stake in Nissan while Nissan holds a 15% stake in Renault and 34% in Mitsubishi and 100% of the Russian manufacturer Lada, holding its autonomy. In 2018, Nissan became the world’s largest electric vehicle worldwide with global sales of more than 320,000 units.
